Under contract with the EPA's Health and Ecological Criteria Division, GLEC updated and revised EPA's latest drafts of the ambient water quality criteria documents for atrazine, atrazine metabolites, cadmium, copper, diazinon, lead, nonylphenol, selenium and silver. This work included preparing acute and chronic Criteria Documents for both fresh- and saltwater organisms. GLEC employed the latest available bibliographic services, resources, and data bases to identify references for inclusion into the Criteria Document, and critically evaluated these references using EPA guidelines for strengths and deficiencies so that the data could be defended if challenged during public review.
