EmailBill has been a GLEC employee-owner since 2001 and has over 25 years’ experience designing and conducting GIS projects for clients in the government, commercial, and non-profit sectors. His technical work focuses on integrating GIS, graphics, database, and web-enabled applications to distill field and laboratory investigations into clear understandings of complex environmental conditions. Bill has led GIS projects concerned with water/sediment quality, ecological health, watershed management, infrastructure, groundwater modeling, and telecommunications. As manager of business development, he applies over 35 years of business experience to help cultivate new clients, coordinate inter-disciplinary contracting teams, and tend to GLEC’s corporate information assets. Bill holds a B.A. in Geography and Anthropology from Michigan State University and a Master in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
