GLEC offers clients a broad range of technical services expertise to analyze, understand, and help manage complex environmental challenges to aquatic resources. Our environmental engineers and GIS specialists are expert at organizing, analyzing, and modeling big environmental/geospatial data and communicating research results through advanced web-enabled graphics, mapping, and presentations. GLEC researchers are expert at addressing complex environmental problems through applied statistics, biostatistics, and geostatistics. The experienced program managers at GLEC offer administrative contracting support to regulatory agency programs concerned with protecting national surface and drinking water resources. GLEC technical services also include the ability to conduct specialized research projects supporting criteria development and other objectives through custom laboratory or field-based research.
GLEC operates one of only a few U.S. laboratories accredited for whole sediment toxicity testing.
GLEC also maintains NELAP accreditation for chlorophyll and nutrient chemistry testing.
GLEC's Columbus, OH laboratory is accredited by the Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment for Acute Toxicity and Chronic Toxicity testing.
