Kim BellAdministration & HR Coordinator
Kim has been a GLEC employee-owner since 1999. Since 2006 she has worked as Coordinator of Administration and Human Resources , which includes her responsibilities as EEO Manager, Ethics Officer, Data Integrity Advisor, and Health Information Privacy Officer. Kim performs a wide range of administrative and communications functions, including benefits management, job prospect and hiring administration, state and federal regulatory compliance, document management, and coordination of client interactions. She has also contributed significantly to GLEC’s marketing, proposal development, and graphic communications efforts over the years along with supervising and training administrative staff and coordinating travel, workshops, seminars and trade exhibitions throughout the U.S. Before working for GLEC Kim worked as an assistant in the U.S.Consular and Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) in Nairobi, Kenya where she served U.S. citizens and supported visa processing for Kenyan citizens.
