Natalie Sutherland has worked at GLEC as a laboratory and field technician since 2010. She plays a key role with GLEC’s contract supporting USEPA’s Unregulated Contaminant Regulation. Natalie has been a crew member on several of USEPA’s National Aquatic Resource Surveys and has extensive field sampling and laboratory experience including aquatic and sediment toxicity testing, groundwater sampling, sediment sampling and interpretation and water quality assessments. Natalie holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Grand Valley State University.
GLEC operates one of only a few U.S. laboratories accredited for whole sediment toxicity testing. GLEC also maintains NELAP accreditation for chlorophyll and nutrient chemistry testing.
GLEC's Columbus, OH laboratory is ADEQ accredited for Acute Toxicity and Chronic Toxicity testing.
