GLEC Awarded U.S. EPA National Water Program Contract

March 31, 2020 - GLEC was awarded a five-year task order contract from the U.S. EPA Office of Water (OW) to provide technical and administrative support to the National Water Program. Support will be provided to a broad cross section of OW offices, including OW's Immediate Office, Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water, Office of Science and Technology, Office of Wetlands, Oceans, and Watersheds, Office of Wastewater Management and other EPA offices when activities intersect with OW Programs. Work under the contract includes technical support for cross-cutting activities, administrative record, data collection and analysis, writing and editing, peer review, water quality models and decision support tools and expanded authority under the National Water Program. Program management and operations support includes facilitation, mediation, strategic planning, LEAN assessment and coordination, outreach, communications, translation services, event planning and logistics and information management. The GLEC team includes prominent science and engineering firms serving the contract’s broad technical requirements. Team member subcontractors include ICF Incorporated, RTI International and Paradigm Environmental, Inc.
